These are the KDKD General Contest Rules
Specific contests may have additional rules and regulations.
- Employees and immediate families of employees of KDKD Radio and GoodRadioTV, participating co-sponsors or prize suppliers are not eligible to win.
- No purchase necessary to win.
- Winner is solely responsible for any and all local, State and Federal taxes inccured upon claiming a prize.
- Contest void where prohibited by and all local, State and Federal laws.
- Mechanical duplication or alteration of any KDKD entry form or forms affiliated with KDKD Radio is prohibited.
- All winners subject to verification by use of proper identification.
- All winners names, likeness and voice may be used by KDKD, contest co-sponsors and prize suppliers for publicity purposes.
- KDKD, co-sponsors and prize suppliers are not responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed entries or mail.
- All entries become the property of KDKD Radio.
- KDKD reserves the right to refuse a contestant any prize where an applicable age is necessary and we have made the necessary age to win available, posted, and public. MOST entrants must be at least 18 years old to enter.
- KDKD reserves the right to substitute any prize not grantable or awardable for another prize of equal value.
- Decisions of judges are final.
- All prizes not picked up within 30 days are subject to being re-awarded.
- Winners of a specific contest must wait at least 30 days before trying to win again for that same contest.
