We have found through trying a few different computers, that you need to have a computer updated to Internet Explorer 7.0 or Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.5. Many firefox users have 2.0 but not the 2.0.0.5.
The update for Firefox just takes a couple of minutes. For internet explorer it takes about 15 minutes to do the whole thing. We suggest you do this to get the best performance out of the podcasts with the latest versions of the browsers.
