June 19th - Appleton City Fair 2010 KDKD Finals July 1st - KDKD Finals on the main stage during Olde Glory Days in Clinton.

2009 Finals
After the North Missouri State finals of the Colgate Country Showdown, a woman from Olathe, Kansas was announced as the winner on August 4th in Trenton . Tina McRey, who represented a radio station (KDKD-FM) at Clinton, received one thousand dollars and the chance to advance to the regional competition in South Dakota this fall. Mrs. McRey advances to regional competitions November 7th at the Corn Palace in Mitchell, South Dakota. The runnerup was Johnny Crawford who represented KDKD AM in Clinton.
